Lockdown 3 is here... That doesnt need to stop us in our fitness journey's, the gyms may be closed but the roads are still open for running or fitting in your daily walk. You can still improve your fitness at home by kitting out your home, garage, garden or front room with gym equipment from kettlebells, exercise mats, swiss balls, skipping ropes, to create your own fitness space. Think imaginatively and do your workouts all in the comfort of your home.

You can use this time to do HIIT classes, strength exercises, yoga or cardio on your own, with your family members, or by joining the many live classes online for inspiration. It is different but challenge yourself, occupy your mind and feel good, as you develop new ways of exercising at home.
