Our Returns Policy
We offer a no-hassle returns policy for any unused products with intact original packaging. For full-priced items, you have 30 days to contact us. For items bought during a sale, you have 14 days to contact us. You will need to provide proof of purchase. In these circumstances you will be eligible for a full refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please check your goods upon receipt and contact us straightaway if there is an issue. For a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as nutrition products.

How Do I return my product?
The first thing to do is to contact us within the first 30 days of owning your product. We will need proof of purchase. When we receive your information we will explain what to do next. For returns, please use the returns label, as can be found in the box. The cost of the collection will be deducted from your refund and is normally between £5.50 - £15.
Please including the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Order number
- Product to be returned
- Reason for return (please select)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Electronic and Technology items such as headphones, massage guns that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You will be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the product if you return your item unused with all original packaging intact. If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the shipping cost and will not receive a refund on the postage.
1. Once I've returned my item, when will my refund be issued?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the returned items and after inspection is complete we will notify you on the status of your refund immediately. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policies.
2. Can my shipping charges be refunded?
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong colour or manufacturing fault), then the shipping charges will also be fully refunded. If we have not made a mistake, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are unsure, please contact us, we're here to help.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless there is a returns label inside the box, (for larger and heavier products). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sales@posefit.co.uk.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@posefit.co.uk and we will be in contact with you to process the exchange alongside a returns address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £79, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Discount Codes
Please be aware that if you use a discount or coupon code with your order, and that discount brings your order total below the threshold amount for free shipping, your order will no longer qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees charged under these circumstances are not refundable.
