Shipping during the COVID-19 outbreak

Please be patient with delivery timeframes during this time, we will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but there may be some delays outside of our direct control.

Customs and import charges outside the UK

If your address is outside the UK, you may be charged import taxes, duties and/or handling fees when the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control and we cannot predict what the cost will be.

If any parcels are returned to us because the duty and tax charges are higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct any costs we may incur from your refund.

1. What is the handling time for my orders?

If your product is in stock and your order is paid before 5:00 pm (GMT)(excluding weekends and bank holidays), it will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days. 

If your product is in stock and your order is paid after 5:00 pm (GMT) (excluding weekends and bank holidays), it will be dispatched within 2 - 4 working days

If your product is on backorder, or it is a customised item. It will be dispatched as soon as it is ready. 

2. What courier do you use?

The UK and EU - Hermes / DHL for scooters and heavy/bulky items over 5kg; Yodel / DPD / Hermes for smaller products and accessories under 5kg. 

Outside EU - DPD / DHL for scooters and large accessories, Royal mail for small accessories 

Notice: Royal Mail could sometimes take longer than expected. If time is of the essence to you, please contact us to discuss upgrading your shipping and we can arrange to invoice you for extra associated costs.

3. Can I change the delivery date or delivery address?

No, unfortunately it will be too late in the day for us to change. Once the parcel has left our warehouse we will not be able to change the address. Unfortunately, the courier can not change the shipping address once it's been booked and collected. 

4. How do I know what time the courier will arrive?

With Yodel/Hermes you can track your parcel via their website.

With DPD you can track your parcel via their website or app. You will be able to track where your parcel is and will be given a 1-hour time slot via text message to your phone or email. This means that you won't have to wait in all day.

If your delivery is outside of the UK and Europe, you will be able to track your parcel with a tracking number.
